Acid fixing agent DS-490 is a polymer aromatic sulfonic acid condensate, suitable for nylon, wool, silk and other fabric acid dyes stained after fixing, which can get excellent fast color fastness and printing anti-white stained effect.

Reference dosage
Medium Light Color: Acid Fixing Agent 490 1-2% (owf)
Bath ratio 1: 10-20 80 ℃ treatment 20min, wash, dry.
Medium Dark Color: Acid Fixing Agent 490 2-3% (owf)
Bath ratio 1: 10-20 80 ℃ treatment 20min, wash, dry.
Padding method: Acid fixing agent 490 6-10g / L 490 After washing with water at 60-80 ℃ for one minute.
Packing
50kg or 125kg plastic drums.
