The study show that the fixation of reactive dyestuffs with DS-1319 not only attain excellent washing fastness of dyed fabrics and but also obtain the color fastness of excellent chlorine-resistance of dyed fabric notably through the interaction between reactive chlorine and the fixing agent on reactive layer by covalent bond notably
Property and benefits:
1/The fastness to soaping and dry and wet rubbing can be improved by about 1 grade when used in the post-treatment fixation of cotton fabric after dyeing.
2/The fabric treated with chlorine-resistant fixing agent can improve the fastness to sunlight by about 1 grade, and the fastness to chlorine bleaching is up to more than 4 grades
3/This product is a color fixing agent of non-toxic, Free of phosphorus and APEO, It can reduces waste water pollution easily.

Applied range:
Coloring fixing formula for cotton, hemp after dyeing
1/Chlorine - resistant fixing agent for crimping dyeing
Light color（against fabric weight）0.5-2% at 40-50℃ for 20min treatment
Medium-dark color(against fabric weight）3-5% at 40-50℃ for 20min treatment
2/Cotton, in the same bath with softener (cationic or non-ionic) after hemp dyeing
Formula: Light color 15-20g/l. Dark color 10-30g/l（adjust dosage according to dyeing depth）
Remarks: No mix up anion with auxiliary otherwise there is a sediment.
