Anti-fouling acid color fixer DS-999 for printing
DS-999 is a high molecular aromatic sulfonic acid condensate, which is suitable for fixing dyeing of nylon, wool, silk and the like. It can obtain excellent washing fastness and printing effect to prevent white part of fabric from being contaminated by dark color on dyed fabric

Working liquid: Adjust PH value to 4.5
Bath ratio 1：10-20，at 80℃ for 20min，Wash and baking
-Medium-dark color Acid color fixing agent DS-999, 3-5%（O.W.F）acetic acid 98% 0.3-0.5 g /L， Regulating working fluid PH value to 4.5，Bath ratio 1：10-20，at 80℃ for 20min. Wash and dry
-Anti-stain washing：DS-999, 2-4g/L
Bath ratio 1：10-20, at 50℃ for 20min，Wash.
Normal fixation:
Acid fixing agent DS-999, 3-5%（O.W.F）
Acetic acid 98% , 0.3-0.5G/L
Working fluid: Adjust PH value to 4.5
