Acid fixing agent DS-390 is a condensate of high molecular aromatic sulfonic acid, which is suitable for fixing dyeing of nylon, wool, silk with acid dyes. It can obtain excellent washing fastness and printing effect to prevent white part of printing fabric from being stained on by dark color.

Reference dosage

  Medium-light color：Acid color fixing agent DS-390 1-2%(owf)

          Bath ratio 1：10-20 at 80℃ for 20min. Wash and dry

Medium-dark color ：Acid color fixing agent DS-390 2-3%(owf)

          Bath ratio 1：10-20 at 80℃ for 20min, Wash and dry

Pad dyeing methods：Add 6-10g/L of DS-390 in container and pad for one minute at 60-80 ℃ after washing of dyed fabric

Packing
